Do you need help on your computer but are not sure where to begin?  Let us connect remotely to it via our remote support software and provide assistance.  We will contact you to setup the remote support session after checkout.

What’s included:

• 1-hour of remote support assistance (additional time may be purchased in 1-hour increments at the In-Shop Hourly Rate of $60)
• Troubleshoot, install, or setup software
• Troubleshoot possible hardware issues (Not all hardware can be looked at remotely and may require in shop service. Additional fees required for in-shop service)

What is required:

• Constant/stable Internet connection to the device in question
• Operating System such as Windows, Mac, or Linux
