Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may submit a Refund Request Form from the Support page below.

Refund requests made within 7 days of initial transaction will receive a full refund. Refund requests made after the 7 days of initial transaction will receive issuance of in-store credit*. The service(s) must be cancelled before we can issue a refund. All refund requests must include the reason you are asking for a refund. In the event your purchased service includes a free domain name, if you cancel the purchased service, the standard price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom computer builds can request a full refund if a refund request is made within 7 days of the initial transaction or the order is in Pre-Production status. All custom built computers come with a 1 year warranty from RupelTek LLC. This warranty covers mechanical and electrical failure due to workmanship. This warranty does not cover mechanical and electrical failures due to but not limited to drop, spills, cracked screens, power surges, and normal wear/tear. If a component fails outside of these terms, RupelTek LLC will provide our best effort to have the component manufacturer replace with like item. When requesting a warranty repair, client is responsible for contact RupelTek LLC prior to shipping to the company. Client is responsible for all shipping costs to and from RupelTek LLC. If RupelTek LLC determines the failure was not within this scope mentioned above, we will provide a repair quote to the client. Client may accept or deny the repair quote. All customer computer come with lifetime remote support assistance when possible.

Dell and Lenovo computers cannot be returned or refunded to RupelTek LLC as they are special order. All Dell and Lenovo computers are warrantied by their respective manufacturer and what was on the order in terms of warranty provided for that package/order.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time except when certain billing terms have been selected. See below

Services NOT Available for Refund Under Standard Terms:

-Microsoft Exchange and/or Microsoft Office subscriptions with yearly billing terms. If you wish to cancel these subscriptions, you must pay the remaining amount left on the plan.

Note: No store credit or refund will be issued for subscriptions that are cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds in regards to all Web Design Packages and Add Ons (non subscription products).

: If customer calls within 7 business days after initial purchase, with the request to cancel based on mistaken qualifications or wrong expectations; A FULL REFUND will be issued to the customer as long as the order status shows Pre-Production in their My Account - Orders section (

In Production
: If effort has been put forth on the development/design of the site and completion has generally progressed, but we haven’t published the site yet, there will be a PARTIAL REFUND issued to the customer; Which is no more than 50% of the initial balance paid.

Completed (Build/Design Complete): If we have completed the project build and published the website/add on and its contents are live on the internet, and have done so by following the appropriate rules and guidelines, there will be NO REFUND issued to the customer. This decision can be overturned by the owner of RupelTek LLC. given the customer qualifies under special circumstances. The decision to overturn the no refund policy is made solely by RupelTek LLC.
